Legacy 593 is a family business born from the desire to share with the world a product of our country, Ecuador. We grow and process our own Fine Aroma cacao, creating jobs in our rural community and working under fair and respectful treatment of our team. Our Ecuadorian roots and the land that shapes our cacao are at the core of everything we do, while being based in the United States allows us to connect this origin directly with chocolatiers, bakeries, and food makers who value quality, traceability, origin.
